Regional Governor Reveals Details of Enemy Attack

On the evening of July 3, Russian forces launched a missile strike targeting civilian infrastructure in the Odesa region. This attack was confirmed by Oleh Kiper, the head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration. The incident has raised serious concerns about the safety of civilians and the continued escalation of hostilities in the area.

Strike on Civilian Infrastructure

According to regional authorities, the Russian military carried out an attack on the Odesa region using missiles. These missiles targeted a facility that serves as civilian infrastructure, causing significant damage. The strike led to a fire breaking out in a warehouse that stored food products. The flames quickly spread to nearby buildings, increasing the risk of further destruction.

Emergency services were immediately deployed to the scene to contain the fire and prevent it from spreading to other areas. The situation remains under control, but the impact of the attack is still being assessed.

People Injured in the Attack

Two individuals were injured during the Russian strike. They have been taken to medical facilities where they are receiving the necessary care and treatment. While their conditions are stable, the incident highlights the ongoing dangers faced by civilians in the region.

The emergency responders worked swiftly to extinguish the fire, ensuring that no further harm came to the surrounding area. Their efforts were crucial in minimizing the damage caused by the attack.

Emergency Services at the Scene

Emergency services continue to be present at the site of the attack. Law enforcement officers are actively documenting the aftermath of the strike, collecting evidence that could be used to hold those responsible accountable for potential war crimes against civilians. This step is essential in ensuring that the international community is aware of the ongoing violations of humanitarian law.

Additional Attacks Reported

In addition to the attack on the Odesa region, there have been reports of a massive assault on Sumy. Russian forces reportedly used a large number of drones and guided aerial bombs in this attack. The strike caused widespread damage to the area, with several civilians reported injured and some fatalities. These incidents underscore the growing threat posed by Russian military actions in various parts of Ukraine.

The ongoing conflict continues to affect not only military targets but also the lives of ordinary citizens. As the situation evolves, it is critical for the international community to remain vigilant and support efforts aimed at protecting civilians and upholding international law.
