Franklin Drug Dealer Faces New Charge in Merrimack County Court

Overview of Recent Indictments in Merrimack County

Merrimack County has recently seen a series of indictments against several individuals, each facing serious criminal charges. These cases highlight the ongoing efforts by local law enforcement and the judicial system to address various offenses ranging from drug-related crimes to theft and violations of offender registration laws.

Individuals Charged with Motor Vehicle Offenses

Brian T. Bilodeau, 66, a homeless man currently residing in Concord, faces a felony charge related to motor vehicles. He was accused of driving on Interstate 93 south in Concord on January 28 after being designated a habitual offender by the New Hampshire Department of Motor Vehicles (NH DMV).

Similarly, Jonathan S. Zankowski, 63, of Webster, was indicted for a felony count of motor vehicles; penalties. He was accused of driving on Commerce Drive in Hooksett on January 9 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Ashley Brickley, 28, of Franklin, also faces charges for operating as a habitual offender and possession of fentanyl, both classified as felonies. She was accused of possessing the drug and driving a Nissan Murano on Hodgdon Road in Northfield on March 23 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Drug-Related Charges

Phil Bishop, 56, of Lark Street in Franklin, is charged with a felony count of controlled drug act; acts prohibited-sale of a narcotic drug-cocaine-subsequent. He was accused of selling less than half an ounce of cocaine on January 15 in Franklin. According to the indictment, Bishop had previously been convicted of a sale charge in Hills North in November 2016.

Dalton J. Blake, 31, of Park Street in Franklin, faces two felony counts of possession of a controlled drug-subsequent and three felony counts of possession of narcotic drug-subsequent (methamphetamine, fentanyl, and cocaine) on January 15, March 19, and April 1, in Franklin.

Calvin Butler, 33, of Boanza Drive in Penacook, is charged with seven felony counts of controlled drug act; acts prohibited: clonazepam, lisamfetaimine, buprenorphine, hydrocodone, fentanyl, meth, and alprazolam.

Heather L. Yost, 35, of Damsite Road in Barnstead, faces a felony possession of cocaine charge on January 11, 2025, in Hooksett.

Theft and Property Crimes

Kenneth Blankenship, 44, of Fisherville Road in Concord, is charged with theft by unauthorized taking and receiving stolen property, both felonies. He was accused of stealing groceries from Hannaford supermarket on Fort Eddy Road in Concord on August 25, 2025. Blankenship was also accused of possessing a stolen Mercedes, the property of Grappone Toyota, on May 30, 2025, in Concord.

Domestic Violence and Witness Tampering

Deborah Ann Bradley, 60, of Albin Road in Bow, faces multiple felony charges including criminal solicitation to commit falsifying physical evidence, tampering with witnesses and informants, and stalking-domestic violence. She was accused of communicating with members of her family to alter the outcome of her criminal case and that of her husband.

Offender Registration Violations

Jack T. Ward, 69, of Templeton Street in Spencer, Tennessee, was indicted on a felony penalty; registration of criminal offenders charge. He was accused of failing to notify Pembroke police of his move to Tennessee. Ward is a sex offender due to a prior conviction for possessing child pornography.
